Review: Willow Springs by Toni Blake

Amy Bright is the best match-maker in Destiny, Ohio, but has no love life of her own. Until one night she's kissed, and she falls head over heels in love with her best friend, Logan Whitaker. But Logan has his own demons he's trying to work out, and are these two ready to take that leap from friends to... more?

The first half of this book was hauntingly sweet and addicting. The second half just seemed to be filled with miscommunication and weak conflict. Very strange dialog too. In saying that, friends to lovers plots are hard to pull off, and this felt realistically done. This is my first book by Blake, and I probably won't hesitate to buy more. She has a real knack for underlying emotions and setting her scene. The secondary characters pulled this through.
